Mechanical manufacturing and assemblyCOMETE J PARIS carries out all of its manufacturing in its 2 workshops in Anthon and Nantes under the responsibility of a production manager:
All design plans are sent to the methods department and the workshop manager who determine the assembly and machining ranges. | |
A welding coordinating engineer comes to the workshop and takes care of all welding needs (welding specifications, training, QMOS, DMOS, etc.), thus ensuring the manufacturing process of our mechanically welded assemblies. Then, each structural weld is controlled by CND (Ultrasound, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing). |
Wiring and electrical assembly
After definition and sizing by our Electricity/Automation design offices, the electrical specifications are transmitted and processed by our 2 cabling workshops. Our qualified technicians carry out the assembly and equipment of the electrical cabinets supplying our works as well as the proper functioning tests.
Anthon workshop (38): Covered area of 12,500 m² equipped with handling means, divided into 4 halls of 100 m in length allowing the distribution of trades: welding/boilermaking manufacturing workshop, mechanical assembly workshop and assembly workshop electrical/testing.
Nantes workshop (44): Covered area of 30,000 m² equipped with handling equipment. Several halls, the longest of which is 270 m, is dedicated to assembly and presentation. Uncovered area of 22,000 m².
