THE OPERATION
After 6 months of preparation, we removed the boom and arm of the 44 Joseph Paris crane at the Brest naval base. This is the first ball joint replacement since the structure was commissioned in 1988.
This large-scale operation was carried out in a military environment and within a very short time frame.
THE CONTINUATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION
Reassembly work will begin on August 16, following assessments and the replacement of worn parts.
