As part of the Barracuda reception and support program on the Toulon Naval Base, our services consist of carrying out execution studies, manufacturing, transport, assembly, testing and on-site qualifications of a secure port crane which will be positioned between the MY01 and MY02 basins.
It will permanently ensure handling in the basins and between the basins. This port crane is an electric gantry crane of the slewing type (10m crane). It has a balanced boom that can be lifted under load with horizontal displacement of the load.
- The 35t main lifting winch and the 5t auxiliary lifting winch are equipped with a secure emergency load lowering system.
- Each of the two crane slewing groups is equipped with a manual emergency mechanism.
