As part of the construction of building 167X, COMETE-J.PARIS was responsible for the study, manufacturing, installation and commissioning services on site of equipment dedicated to the storage of conditioned waste drums. , either :
- 3 overhead cranes,
- 1 maintenance monorail,
- 2 telescopic masts equipped with a camera system. These cameras are installed on rotating supports at the end of telescopic masts in order to be able to inspect the barrels efficiently.
Telescopic mast inspection systems were a real challenge for COMETE-J.PARIS because it is equipment requiring extreme precision in its design and assembly. Furthermore, this is the first achievement of this type for COMETE-J.PARIS.
