DUNKERQUE MARINING DECK

COMETE-J.PARIS designed, manufactured and commissioned a specific overhead crane for the extraction of skips of spoil from the excavation of the hydraulic gallery of the Dunkirk LNG terminal.
This semi-automatic secure bridge with a capacity of 20 tonnes has been designed to withstand the demands of a site exposed to bad weather and marine aggression. Its high performance and innovative skip emptying system will ensure compliance with the rates imposed by the tunnel boring machine managed by the RAZEL-BEC group.
- Automated equipment with a bin emptying device attached to the winch
allowing a sequence of descent and return of the skips.
- Its hanging system is compatible with the handling of reinforced concrete segments.
- Equipped with powerful movements (lifting, translation, steering), it ensures a production rate compatible with that of the tunnel boring machine.
