MAIN AND AUXILIARY RANGE IN THE ENGINE ROOM

Our services concern the study and manufacture of the large capacity main overhead crane and the auxiliary overhead crane.

The supply of overhead cranes includes: the trolleys, the bridge running rails, the trolley running tracks, the power supply as well as the control system.

VARIOUS HANDLING VEHICLES FOR THE CONVENTIONAL ISLAND AND BOP

The contract concerns the supply of 70 various machines for handling the buildings of the nuclear island, for the pumping station and the discharge structure of unit 3, the new Flamanville EPR including:

• 12 overhead cranes installed with hoists.
• 20 double-girder suspended overhead cranes with hoists.
• 2 winch bridges.
• 30 wall-mounted cranes with hoists.
• 6 jib cranes on hoisted barrels.

Our services are:

• Studies relating to the design of equipment,
• Factory manufacturing and associated controls,
• Factory tests,
• The final recipe,
• Packaging, transport and delivery to site,
• On-site assembly,
• Provision of associated documentation,
• Assessment of compliance with regulations relating to handling equipment.
