As part of the construction of a methanization unit located in Surgères (17), NASKEO Environnement entrusted us with the supply of an automatic overhead crane equipped with its 2 m³ capacity grapple for the handling of solid inputs (animal excrement and agricultural by-products in methanization, including mechanical, electrical and automation studies, manufacturing, transport, assembly, testing, commissioning and user training.
The electro-hydraulic grapple handles loads of 2,000 kg in an automatic cycle 24 hours a day.
Maintenance
A maintenance contract including remote maintenance is included in this project and will be implemented during the warranty period.
