A NEED
Nowadays, fishing vessels are increasingly equipped with containers which facilitate unloading, the CCI BRETAGNE OUEST has entrusted JOSEPH PARIS with the creation of an additional crane for handling containers.
Our teams at the Services branch in Brest therefore carried out the construction of a mobile crane with a mechanically welded box-type jib, a telescopic broken type, whose hydraulic motor can handle two 550 KG containers fully loaded.
Our services include :
- The studies.
- The sizing and creation of plans.
- Manufacturing and assembly on site.
- Start-up and load testing.
The crane is powered by a TGBT, located at a distance of 40 meters from station 9 of the tide hall where the fixed crane is located, which includes :
- The electric cable and its protection in the TGBT cabinet.
- An electrical box protected with an IP55 rating.
- A time clock for counting operating hours.
- A disconnector control outside the box.
- Push button on/off controls.
- A punch-type emergency stop button.
- An emergency stop button on the rear of the cockpit.
